Order Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order summary.
Shipping & Tracking:
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via email/SMS.
Order Modifications:
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. Please review your cart before checkout.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s our return policy:
Return Eligibility:
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective or misprinted
- A wrong item received
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used books or books with torn pages not reported upon delivery
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)
Return Process:

- Share your order ID and clear images of the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or guide you on how to send it back.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days once the return is received and inspected.
- Amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
